New Holland makes a huge range of equipment from small tractors not much bigger than ride on mowers, to enormous combine harvesters and everything in between. Showcasing these types of machines is always a challenge and taking them to the Hyatt was a stroke of genius. Parts of the golf course were under reconstruction, and the venue was happy to allow the tractors to be driven around the construction site in the elements that suits them best – the dirt and the mud. The conference lasted 3 days, beginning with a welcome dinner and theatrical reveal of the new mid size tractors, plenary sessions, workshop breakouts and vehicle testing for 2 days and a gala dinner on the final night. Rocket Science designed, managed and delivered all the staging elements of the event for all areas during the 3 day conference that, like all major conferences involved tight room turn-arounds and intelligent reuse of space between plenary sessions and gala events.
