Building strong relationships based on trust is part of the Rocket Science ethos. A case in point is the robust relationship built up with Toyota and its many agencies over the past 10 years.

When Toyota Motor Corporation Australia’s PR Agency, The Project Group needed a staging partner to launch its All New Camry in 2006, it came straight to Rocket Science.

Toyota wanted a simple yet striking design that could accommodate seven display vehicles. Also required was the ability to route different display material to multiple screens in order to both break up the presentation and focus attention on the various styling and engineering demonstrations showcased on opposite sides of the room.

RSD designed a curved 3.6m high set with projection inserts, a car revolve and tiered audience seating. Folsom matrix switchers allowed any source to route to any screen.

Full 3D renders were worked up to illustrate the organic nature of the production design, and these elements were closely managed through construction to ensure the end product matched the concept artwork.
